Hexaplex 

For very advanced tire designs it is necessary to produce profiles consisting of up to six different rubber compounds. For this purpose, HF offers a corresponding extrusion head for the connection of six extruders of different design and size.

The extrusion head is based on the well-established Quintuplex head and thus combines all advantages of the proven HF extrusion head concept with the innovative co-extrusion providing of up to six rubber compounds.
