The "Reifen 2012" exhibition, June 5th - 8th in Essen, will present 600 exhibitors from 40 nations. Among them will be the world’s 30 biggest tire manufacturers, and as the world market leader for machines and production lines the HF TireTech Group from Hamburg, Germany, will also be exhibiting.
If a tire manufacturer wants to compete in the international tire market with premium brands it has to meet the highest quality requirements. This means tracking every single tire in the production process. The current topic "tire labeling" will determine the market in the future.
The HF TireTech Group stands for the highest technological standards in machines and production lines for extrusion, tire building and tire curing. Consequently HF has developed a superior Tire Production Management Portal.
“Our portal is a unique software solution for tracking the whole process chain in the tire manufacturing industry. The customers’ benefit will be increased transparency in performance, effectiveness, and preventive maintenance of tire plants. We developed this host software system in order to achieve a multi-application optimization system, which is already successfully implemented for different process applications. With this module, we have the possibility to simultaneously plan orders or tickets” explains Andreas Stöhrmann, Sales Manager at HF.
The system has been designed for HF equipment plants; however, it is also compatible with existing equipment plants, given the correct interface.
There will be ample time at “Reifen 2012” to discuss and explain this and other exciting developments. The world market leader’s team invites you to an information exchange and discussions in an exclusive lounge. "We are really looking forward to personal and direct communication with our business partners. This is one of the most important aspects of our approach. This trade fair is an excellent platform for meeting our international customers and friends in a quiet atmosphere," explains Günter Simon, CEO of the HF TireTech Group.
"Reifen 2012" is an event of superlatives: The trade fair is a four-day long meeting point for the world’s most active players in new tires, tire sales, tire and automotive technology, and vulcanization tire retreading. Every two years leading professionals and manufacturers in the tire technology industry meet in order to exchange ideas and common developments. This year over 18,000 visitors from more than 130 countries are expected to attend.
Ulrich Busch, Director of the Business Unit Tire Building Machines: "Our customers and technology partners travel from all around the globe to attend the fair in Germany, so of course we are going to take advantage of this opportunity to invite them into the HF lounge to further develop our relationship”.
